What kinds of contracts can I review?

Any text-based agreement — employment offers, NDAs, vendor and service agreements, rental and lease deeds, freelance contracts, partnership deeds and more. Upload a PDF or paste the text.

How does the risk score work?

Every review returns an overall risk score from 1 (safest) to 10 (riskiest), based on the balance of protective versus one-sided terms, missing standard clauses, and ambiguous language. Individual risks are also rated low, medium or high.

Is my contract kept private?

Your contract text is sent to the AI model only to produce the review. If you're signed in, the resulting report is saved to your account so you can revisit it; you can delete it any time. We don't sell your data.

Is this legal advice?

No. Law Rishi is an AI tool that gives you a fast, plain-English understanding of a contract. It is not a law firm and its output is not legal advice. For high-value or complex agreements, have a qualified lawyer review the contract before signing.

What does the report include?

A plain-English verdict and summary, an overall risk score, a list of risks with severity and specific recommendations, suggested improvements ranked by priority, and the well-drafted clauses that already protect you.
